can charcoal ligter fluid work with zippo lighters?

I need to know if charcoal ligher fluid ( the stuff for igniting charcoal grills) can replace regular ligther fluid for zippo lighters.

1. To answer your question, yes it will work. Going further though, it will not work well. It is not refined as much as lighter fluid made for your Zippo. You will get black smoke everytime you light it and probably an odor.
2. no , i don't think a spark will get it going ( mineral spirits ) it will put out a match
